任职要求：
1.男，中专以上学历，熟悉机加工行业的技能和技巧，熟悉磨床操作，能看懂图纸。
2.具有良好的沟通技巧和团队协作精神；
3.要求可操作平面磨床及手摇磨床，可操作外圆磨床优先；
4.从事过非标加工行业（如自动化设备加工、夹具加工等）优先；
5.能配合公司加班，服从分配和管理；
负责事项：
1.负责按照图纸及作业要求进行加工；
2.按时完成生产任务，确保工件、图纸的正常流转；
3.负责设备的日常维护与保养，防止设备事故，提高生产安全率与生产效率；
