职责

Responsibilities

1. 接到客户图纸后进行图纸与技术规范的审核，并通过技术交流，与客户在图纸和技术规范方面达成一致。

After receiving customer’s drawing, review drawing and technical standard, and through technical communication reach an agreement with customer on drawing and technical standard.

2. 在新产品报价阶段完成折弯和冲压产品工艺方案设计，流程图制作，加工成本计算和设备投资规划及项目可行性分析。

At the stage of new product quotation design process scheme of bending & punching products, make flow chart, calculate machining cost, make equipment investment plan and analyze project feasibility.

3. 作为项目组长，负责管理折弯和冲压产品项目，推动APQP小组开展日常活动。

Being as a project leader, manage projects of bending & punching products, and push APQP team to carry out daily activity.

4. 设计折弯或冲压新产品的生产工艺。

Design production process of new bending & punching products.

5. 提供模具设计工艺技术要求给供应商进行模具设计，跟踪供应商的模具制造进度并负责完成新模具的安装调试。

Provide supplier with die design process requirement for die design. Follow up supplier’s die production progress and be responsible for installation and commissioning of new die.

6. 提供非标设备设计制造工艺技术要求并配合设备工程师完成非标设备的设计制造与安装调试。

Provide process requirements for non-standard equipment design and cooperate with equipment engineer to design non-standard equipment, complete installation and commissioning.

7. 负责新产品的试生产，并且根据TS16949的要求生产出一定批量的合格样品。然后将新产品转给生产部门，进入正式生产阶段。

Be responsible for new product test production. According to TS16949 produce a batch of qualified samples and then hand new product over to production department and get into production stage.

8. 编写、修改和维护流程图、FMEA和控制计划。

Make, revise and maintain flow chart, FMEA and control plan.

9. 同质量工程师合作完成OTS和PPAP样件提交报告，审核提交样件。

Cooperate with quality engineer to make OTS and PPAP sample report and audit samples.

10. 编写工艺文件和产品作业指导书。

Make process documents and working instructions.

11. 培训操作工如何生产新产品，以及应生产部的要求培训操作工不断提高操作技能。

Train operators to produce new product, and based on production department’s requirement train operators to continuously improve operation skills.

12. 按照公司新产品开发流程完成整个项目直至顺利量产。

According to the company’s new product development procedure complete the whole project till smooth mass transportation.

13. 负责新产品开发项目的包装方案设计，确保新项目准时获得所需包装材料。

Design packing scheme of new product development project, and ensure that packing material could be received for new project on time.

14. 参与现生产产品的过程改进，提高产品质量和生产效率，降低生产成本。

Participate in process improvement of existing products to improve products quality and production efficiency, and decrease production cost.

1. 学历 Education Background

★大专学历 College degree

◆本科学历 Bachelor degree

2. 专业 Major

★机械工程、金属压力加工等 Mechanical engineering, metal tension machining etc.

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills

★具备机械制造与加工工艺专业知识；后几何尺寸与形位公差方面的基础知识。

Have professional knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and machining process; have basic knowledge of geometry parameter and GD&T.

★非常熟悉冲压和折弯工艺设计，在安装新冲压和折弯模具方面有丰富的经验，汽车行业背景优先。

Be familiar with punching & bending process design, and be very experienced in setting up new punching & bending die.

★优秀的动手能力及现场问题的解决能力。

Have strong manual skills and ability to solve on-the-spot problems.

★专注于目标达成，以客户为导向。

Target focus and customer orientation

◆熟悉8D和GD&T。

Be familiar with 8D and GD&T.

◆熟悉ISO9001和TS16949质量体系。

Be familiar with QS9000 and TS16949.

4. 经验 Experience

★8年以上折弯和冲压加工经验。

Over 8 years experience in punching & bending.

5. 语言 Language

★大学英语4级，良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。

CET 4^th, good oral and written English.

6. 个人素质 Personality

★有强烈的责任心；具备优秀的团队管理能力和团队合作精神；能在压力下工作；工作态度积极、高效；有创造性思维，能够解决复杂问题。

Have a strong sense of responsibilities; excellent capability of team management and a good team player; be able to work under pressure; proactive working attitude with high efficiency, be able to solve complicated problems.
