职责

Responsibilities

1. 作为新产品开发项目小组的成员，参与APQP。负责测量报告，样件确认，性能分析，检验员培训，PPAP提交等。参与准备特殊特性清单，过程流程图，FMEA ，控制计划等。

Being a member of new product development project team, participate in APQP. Be responsible for measuring report, samples confirming, capability analysis, inspector training, PPAP and so on. Participate in preparing specialty list, process flow chart, FMEA, control plan and etc.

2. 项目阶段跟踪供应商的审核及PPAP提交。

At the stage of project, follow up supplier audit and PPAP submission.

3. 按照年度审核计划，进行产品审核及过程审核，完成审核报告， 跟踪改进措施的落实。

According to annual audit plan conduct product audit and process audit, complete audit report and follow up the implementation of improvement actions.

4. 监督生产过程的质量，督促不良品的原因分析及预防和纠正措施的跟踪落实。

Supervise production process quality, push NC root cause analysis and follow up the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.

5. 对于没有满足规定要求的产品，有责任、有权停止生产并隔离。

For products that don’t meet the requirement, quality engineer has the responsibility and authority to stop production and separate them.

6. 负责处理客户投诉，及时向客户递交8D报告。跟踪8D报告中改进方案的落实并验证其效果。

Be responsible for handling customer complaint, submit 8D report to customer in time and follow up the corrective action and verify the result.

7. 确认客户退货。

Confirm the customer return.

8. 配合客户审核。

Cooperate with customer audit.

9. 作为TS16949内审员，参与定期举行的内部质量体系审核。

As the internal auditor of TS16949, participate in the regular internal quality system audits.

1. 学历 Education Background

★大专学历 College degree

◆本科学历 Bachelor degree

2. 专业 Major

★机械，电子等理工科专业

Mechanism/ Electric and other science & technology major

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills

★接受过ISO9001和TS16949的专业培训，有TS16949内审员资格证书。

Have received ISO9001 and TS16949 training and have got the qualification certificate of TS16949 internal auditor.

★熟悉APQP, PPAP，FMEA，MSA,SPC,8D，尺寸链叠加，并接受过专业培训。

Be familiar with APQP,PPAP, FMEA, MSA,SPC 8D and GD&T, and have received professional training.

★汽车行业出身，有三坐标经验优先

The automotive background. It is the best if the candidate has the experience in CMM.

★3年以上相关工作经验。

5. 语言 Language

★大学英语4级，良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。

CET 4^th, good oral and written English.
