职位描述
Report to: Financial Controller
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analysis in business result (Sales, gross margin, SG&A, DSO, product cost, project profit, etc.).
2. Support the organization in providing return on investment analysis, profitability analysis, Make or buy analysis.. in order to make the right strategic decision.
3. Perform cash flow management and NPV analysis, Cost saving analysis, and other ad-hoc analysis required by the management.
4. Ensure the shared service (accounting book) of L&L Korea, work closely with Korean colleague and Korean CPA firm to record all business transactions in Oracle system.
5. Performance Oracle master data audit (including Suppliers, Customers, BOM, Purchase item cost, Selling price, etc.).
6. Assist financial controller for month end reports.
7. Support other entities as L&L Australia accounting/finance requirements, L&L Korea.
8. Other ad-hoc tasks from management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent), master degree is a plus.
2. At least 8 years working experience in accounting.
3. Good English (Written, Oral) and excellent communication skill.
4. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, model designing, formula, Privot Table, etc.
5. Good analysis skill and logical thinking.
6. Strong leadership and sense of following up.
7. Be willing to frequent travel (or a short period stay) in Australia/Korea.
8. Experience of using Oracle is a plus.
9. Honest, trustable and good team player.
