Reports to: Production Supervisor
Location: Shanghai
Direct reports: Production Shift Operator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible of the safety of the people and equipment, making sure safety procedure are applied, if any doubt he has the authority and responsibility to stop dangerous actions or equipment and refer to his manager.
2. Responsible for the environment, making sure the environment procedure are applied, if any doubt he has the authority and responsibility to stop dangerous actions or equipment and refer to his manager.
3. Responsible of the quality making sure the quality procedure are applied, if any doubt he need to stop the process and refer immediately to his manager.
4. Responsible for 5S execution, management supervision and inspection.
5. Ensure all operators follow the WI and Control Plan.
6. Review work instruction and train operators accordingly, improve employees’ operating abilities.
7. Execute the end and the first part checking, strict follow quality management system, able to do first troubleshooting analysis and reaction, spot check each shift.
8. Follow the system process to input and output.
9. Emergency coordinating especially on night shift
10. Other special work from superior.

Measurement of Performance:
1. Shift safety/Environment results and production floor 5S/discipline
2. Quality performance of his shift
3. Production schedule adherence
4. Process yield
5. Machine downtime loss
6. Production data accuracy

Requirements:
1. Senior high school education background or above.
2. More than 3 years working experience in automotive industry, at least 3 years in production supervising field.
3. Rich experience at improving 5S & capability of production line and training employees.
4. Good execution force and best working efficiency have problem solving ability.
5. Familiar with manufacturing process and work flow especially for extrusion.
6. Familiar with MS office and has ERP experience, Oracle is preferred.
7. Good communication skill and teamwork sprite, could communicate in English is a plus.
8. Hard work, willing to work by shift turns.
