职位描述
Report to: Logistics Manager
Place: Shanghai
Subordinate: none now
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
1) Sales order treatment
- Receiving and checking sales order from customers, making acknowledgement, following up the arrivals in customer side and feedback afterwards.
- Implementation of rescheduling if necessary. Digging reasons behind the change and inputting them into our material/production planning process
2) Shipment
- Organize forwarder/subcontractors to ensure daily shipments on time with competitive cost; improving OTD performance step by step.
- Taking special care of whole shelf life cycle of products.
- Handling customers’ special requirements, including urgent PO, goods return, goods replacement, packaging issue, quality issue…
- Managing returnable box in compliance with customers’ requirements and company’s need.
3) Export
- Preparing documentation and coordinating clearance agency to get goods on time, on cost and on law & regulation
- Monitoring government/customs’ policy on anti-dumping to secure our related goods on right track
4) Communication and analysis
- Keep proactive communication with customers both externally and internally, to present a professional image of the company, and to properly treat problems with the goods in case of happening
- Understanding and respecting the culture diversity in customers
- Analysis of sales/shipment, predicting of sales trend, rationalization of customer’s SO/forecast to keep our action close to truth.
5) ERP operation
-SO/Forecast upload, SO release, delivery plan based on ERP. Weekly, Monthly sales/delivery summary/report.
6) Production planning
Daily/Weekly production draft and release. Daily follow up and adjust the production schedule. Balance the production efficiency and stock level.
QUALIFICATION
1) Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, logistics or related majors
2) Experience of maintenance customer relationship, in auto industry and Imp/Exp will be a priority
3) Quick respond to solve the problem, excellent communication skill in language of Mandarin and English is a must, Korean is a plus
4) Proficiency in computer operations, especially Microsoft Excel and ERP(Oracle, SAP…)
5) Be positive, flexible and willing to work under pressure.
6) Well understanding of plant production and strong analysis ability.
