Responsibilities:
1. Make design wins for customer projects
2. Follow up projects to collect customer orders
3. Look for new customers, new application, new market segments, new business opportunities, new product demand
and converter to new project/product request
4. Develop business development partner networks.
e.g. distributor partners in electric or drive segments, EMC labs…
5. Work with FAE, PM, R&D, sales, distributors to grow business.

Requirements:
1. 3 years more in marketing / sales of electrics, e.g. EMC filter, reactor, power switch, breaker, frequency converter business;
2. Possess excellent marketing/sales skill and knowledge of industrial segments,
e.g. machine tools, new energy, traction, power quality;
3. Basic knowledge of inductive component, e.g. reactor, EMC filter;
4. Computer literate, knowledge of MS office;
5. Excellent presentation and promotion skills;
6. Excellent communication skills;
7. Fluent written and oral English;
8. Open, confident, self-motivated, independent and innovative.
