Job responsibilities:
1.New projects engineering sample phase and production phase process planning, verification and implementation which includes production line, equipment and fixture development. Responsible for overall production process performance to achieve defined quality, cost and delivery schedule requirements within coordinating with internal and external partner.
2.Process design and implementation for new product, with competitive manufacturing cost.
3.Machine concept design, debug, trouble shooting and improvement to ensure smooth production
4.Preparing and introduction of new manufacturing process, lessons learned sharing and standardization.
5.Continuous improvement of manufacturing process and equipment.

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or automation.
2.At least 3 ears equipment and fixture development experience, and above 3 years working experiences in automotive industry.
3.Hand-on experience of equipment design or maintenance, PLC understanding is a plus.
4.Experience of lean manufacturing, line balance, time analysis, SMED, PSP etc.
5.Be familiar with manufacturing process of vibrating welding、hot plate welding、ultrasonic welding、assembling and leakage testing, is a plus
6.Fluent English
7.Mastery of using office and one of CAD software
8.Good communication skills and power of execution.
