主要职责:

作为高级软件工程师的职责包括：开发新应用软件，维护与更新已有的应用软件，提供技术架构与改进开发工作的相关建议，给相关团队提供技术支持。能够对其他研发工程师进行指导与帮助，促使团队能力不断提高。

? 开发新应用软件：基于需求完成设计工作，编写设计文档，与其他工程师一起完成软件的开发，测试与部署上线工作。确保应用按期交付与代码质量。
? 维护改进已有应用：学习已有应用软件的体系结构与开发的相关知识，将需求转化为技术解决方案.按使用者或业务部门的要求对现有软件进行维护与改进。
? 技术支持：利用自己的技术优势，可以为其他团队提供培训，咨询等支持工作，或帮助解决遇到的技术问题。如有需要，为公司合作伙伴提供技术支持。
? 跟踪最新技术，持续学习，向直线领导提供技术体系架构与改进开发工作的相关建议，并协助制定实施计划，监督计划实施情况并向直线领导汇报。


基本要求:

? 相关技术专业毕业，本科以上学历
? 至少7年Java项目开发经验，精通Java,3年以上Web Service, XML设计及编程经验, 熟悉HTML,CSS,JS Web编程技术优先.
? 熟悉数据库，容器等环境下的单元测试技术。
? 有.net, PHP实际项目开发经验者优先。
? 熟悉Linux操作系统的常用命令。
? 有CTI, SIP等领域相关开发经验者优先
? 熟悉设计模式，掌握软件开发流程与思想.扎实的数据库基础知识，使用过至少两种数据库进行设计与开发，如ORACEL, MySQL.
? 乐于学习，很强的独立开发能力和解决问题能力
? 良好的英文书写及口语能力
? 良好的沟通能力团队合作精神.
