朗标企业管理咨询有限公司需要寻找一名具有想象力和可靠的企业品牌设计师。你可以将你的设计思维融入朗标的企业识别，积极参与品牌视觉识别、印刷品、互动设计及其他各类品牌接触点宣传材料的设计发展，投入全新的品牌方法研发中并且协助完成跨部门的合作。

工作职责
企业品牌发展
- 进一步发展朗标企业识别，包括企业视觉识别手册和附属材料；
- 管理企业在宣传材料、文具、活动和其他商业应用中企业视觉识别的使用和连贯性；
- 联系销售商和供应商并就工作质量处理双方关系；
- 设计企业排版内容，如白皮书、报告、信息图标和案例研究，管理更新网站设计；
- 协助商务发展
- 与各部门密切合作，设计引人注目的策划书和企业宣传材料。
提示：这一职位侧重朗标企业识别工作及部分客户项目。上述职责仅为工作部分内容。

能力要求
总体能力
- 出色的时间管理能力，结果导向，关注细节
- 强烈的责任心，拥有正直诚信的品格
- 资助工作能力和较强的学习能力
- 拥有跨文化敏感度，熟练英语和汉语能力
企业品牌建设能力
- 本科或以上学历，主修图像设计、视觉传播设计或相关专业
- 两年以上从事设计工作经验，主攻企业识别和印刷品排版设计。若应届生能够展现上述标准内丰富的经验，也欢迎前来应聘
- 出色的Adobe软件技能：InDesign，Illustrator，Photoshop
- 熟悉印刷流程和手续
- 对视觉识别设计执行具有敏感度
