-For our Energy Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Lean engineer 精益生产工程师 (临港).
What are my responsibilities?
1.Support Kaizen/5S events together with Lean Manager and blue collar teams.
2.Indentify and update/follow up on the value streams in the local factory and document by using the Value Stream Mapping tool. Identify bottle necks by work balancing graphs.
3.Support and act as sparring partner to the Lean Manager in the lean implementation process.
4.design lean producion system processes.
5.planing and excuting lean projects with related departments.
6.Design Lean work place; transfer production line; push Lean Assembly
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Knowledge of improving turbine production process, strong project mangaments skills
-Project experience preferred
-project cordinaition and management
