-For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a IC LMV MS SSLS GMO Assistant 基础设施与城市建设业务领域 中低压集团 中低压系统业务部 上海西门子开关有限公司 总经办助理.

What are my responsibilities?

-Support GMO team daily issues (e.g screening incoming phone calls, admin GM's calendar, collect documents needing GM's signature and distribute accordingly, supervise stamping of company chop, slides fine tuning, documents translation etc.)

-Support GMO team on BoD meeting and monthly management meeting.

-Manage admin. issues of GMO visitors (delegates & colleagues) in due time.

-Support GMO in staff communication (e.g monthly town-hall meeting, company letter box, company quarterly newsletter and etc)

-Manage GMO general management issues (e.g. GMO Office Admin., stationary, fixed assets, facilities, filing, and etc.)

-Prepare company level circulars as per GMO assignment

-Prepare monthly report and ad hoc report as per GMO assignment

-Company homepage updating.

-Other GMO assigned resoponsibilities

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Understanding of AIS and VCB business

-Admin management

-Time management

-MS Office Applications (Power Point, Excel, Word etc)

-English (Excellent Speaking/Writing Skills)

-Knowledge of SSLS and Siemens regulations (signature regulation, travel regulation etc.)

-Corporate Financing / Project Commercial

What else do I need to know?

-Over 5 years professional experience in general management / project management / HR / commercial management -Over 3 years Admin management experience

-Experience of working in European / US companies, at least 3 years working experience with Siemens.
