Responsibilities

• Daily checking on boutique CRM records ensuring data accuracy at all times
• Maintain and update CRM database and filing system of VIP customers
• Daily checking to ensure all online enquiries are responded promptly & in the correct manner
• CRM system development, supporting on system implementation
• Coordinate personalized services and client entertainment support for boutique and VIP clients (gifting, anniversaries etc.)
• Support on logistics related to VIP CRM sales; work closely with sales teams
• Support on identifying targeted boutique and VIP customers specific to different programs/launches; coordinate the preparation of guest list, invitation and RSVP handling, occasionally as onsite helper at events
• Ensure sales tools (library product information) are consistently updated (e.g. uploading product data on iPads etc.)
• Distribute company news and promotional information via online and direct mailing

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in CRM – Sales/Marketing fields
• Previous experience in luxury industry preferred
• Sales driven and service oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player
• Well organized and detailed-oriented
• Reliable and trust-worthy
• Station in Boutique is required
• Proficiency in computer literacy; efficient with data-base handling and related programs
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as CRM Coordinator
