Tasks and responsibilities include: 任务和责任
1、 Communicate with clients to learn art goals and requirements for each project

4、 Mentor and develop internal artist skills

5、 Keep flexible schedule to engage in art-related meetings internally and on an international scale

7、 Create high end art content as necessary to define project style and goals

Qualifications:资质
1、 Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in 3D art production, preferably games
3-5年以上3D艺术制作经验，游戏制作优先
2、 Strong 3D technical/art skills: modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging and animation required (scripting would be great, but not necessary)
擅长3D技术、艺术技能，包括建模、绘制贴图、灯光渲染、绑定及动画（会使用脚本最好，非必须）
3、 Prior experience in the art creation process for digital entertainment industry necessary
最好具备数字娱乐产业艺术创意流程的经验
4、 Strong proficiency with 3D modeling software packages including MAX and MAYA

5、 Excellent communication skills and understanding capability with the clients and internal team
