Purpose of the position
Drive the development of designated airfreight product in liaison with Country Airfreight management
Coordinate the product set ups with gateways and Business Units in Greater China and oversea
On-going facilitation of business growth of the assigned airfreight product


Key Tasks
- Analyze cargo flows / cargo mix / consolidation benefit / GP of businesses and Country
- Formulate plans and lead projects in product development initiatives
- Translate product concepts to operational procedures and coordinate the set ups accordingly
- Translate customer requirements into solutions and execution plans
- Monitor product development and identify obstacles.
- Make coordination / involve the right parties to remove obstacles
- Support Marketing & Sales in growing business for the designated product, by liaising with external & internal parties, collecting necessary information, etc.

· Authorities as delegated by the manager, in accordance with Country / Region / Corporate standards and guidelines

· Airfreight operation (export and import)

Educational background / Work experience
· Bachelor’s degree
· +5 years of working experience in the airfreight business
· Experience in a global forwarding / logistics company is preferred

Language skills
· Fluent in English (written and spoken)
· Other languages (written and spoken) preferred


Computer Literacy
· MS office skills
