PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Management
·Identifies areas of risk and determines effectiveness of controls to mitigate risk, identifies and communicates control gaps; Drives business improvements
·Leads, prepares project scope and executes operational and compliance audits, unannounced field assessments and other special projects
·Reviews adherence to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) internal control best practices through unannounced office assessments, identifies areas of risk and identifies and communicates control gaps
·Utilizes Computer Assisted Audit Technology (CAAT) to analyze available data and identify potential risks; Identifies and reports any areas of opportunity
·Identifies and develops new metrics, exception reporting, and ways of analyzing data
·Demonstrates broad and thorough process knowledge of other areas
Communication
·Promotes a culture of ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance, monitors and reports compliance and ethical violations
·Provides thorough and objective feedback to senior leadership, Corporate Compliance and Ethics, Corporate Security and Legal regarding control gaps and adherence to legal and company standards; Ensures transparency and adherence to escalation process when required
·Consults with key partners in the field and at HQ to identify, analyze and evaluate business issues
·Keeps all relevant parties abreast of new processes and best methods
·Communicates with Manager and team in Minneapolis, may require flexible working hours

·Behaves everyday with integrity and trust
·Ensures compliance of all company standards
·Promotes company’s Vision, Mission and Values

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
·Strong ethical standards
·4 years University degree or equivalent
·4-6 years business/accounting/audit experience or other function requiring a high level of integrity
·Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and local office language
·Authoritative/courageous communicator with all levels
·Ability to work autonomously with a high level of initiative
·Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills
·Ability to work independently; result-oriented, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic
·Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
·Demonstrated ability to navigate conflict and high stress situations
·Excellent interpersonal skills
·Committed to continuous learning
·Ability to use Microsoft applications
·Ability to travel locally and internationally
Desired Requirements:
·Eligible to work in designated country without sponsorship
·Experience communicating and interacting with culturally diverse team members
