职位描述
岗位职责:
1、负责公司医疗信息化系统在区域市场的销售工作;
2、负责区域销售团队的管理及销售计划的制定及实施;
3、负责区域客户的开发、维护、巩固与提升,并最终实现转化;
4、严谨、全面的做好销售管理工作,包括大客户管理、计划管理、回款管理等,具备高效的销售管理能力;
5、做好公司产品在区域市场品牌与形象的维护,同时关注竞争产品,与市场部保持无缝沟通;
任职资格:
1、熟悉市场营销工作,3年以上销售管理工作经验;
2、具备良好的大客户销售能力和方案型营销能力,了解大客户销售运作模式,有独立大客户销售经验者优先;
3、坦诚自信,乐观进取,有良好的团队合作精神,有敬业精神;
4、良好的沟通技巧和说服能力,具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力;
5、执行力强,能承受较大工作压力。
Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for sales of company products in the regional market of medical information;

Qualification:
1, familiar with the marketing work, more than 3 years working experience in sales management;
2, have client sales ability and plan marketing ability, understand customer sales operation mode, independent large customer sales experience is preferred;
3, frank and self-confidence, optimistic and enterprising, has the good team cooperation spirit, professionalism;
4, good communication skills and ability to persuade, with independent analysis and problem solving ability;
5, the implementation of strong, can work under pressure.
