Job responsibilities：
1. Make quality planning for new project, identify all customers’ requirements (expressed or implicitly) and turn them to project demands. Establish detailed quality work plan to keep track of and update plan and take corrective measures, if necessary.
2. Take an actively part in preparation and review of process flow chart, failure model effectiveness analysis, and control plan, operation instructions for products and take responsibility for inspection instruction.
3. Take an actively part in project activities (such as assess project risk, review project at each stage, track quality problems, etc.)
4. Organize design, manufacturing and acceptance of frocks, fixtures and test tools designed for inspection.
5. Submit Production Part Approval Process (including project stages, SOP of post products and/or process changes) to customer for approval.
6. Keep track of items that affect quality (customer, product and lab and etc.) to ensure well communication between customer and Quality Assurance Department. The Containment Policy can be immediately implemented in case of problems arising out of quality and notify relevant functional department of establishment of corrective and preventive plan.
7. Other missions designated by superiors.
8. Determine, validate and assess the unqualified products and give comments and he/she is entitled to stop manufacturing products that are proved to be unqualified. He/she has further authority to set and manage the state identification of product inspection & test.
9. Be responsible for arrangement for analysis and correction of quality problems complaint by customers and ascertain where the responsibility lies;
10. Be responsible for supervision and inspection whether manufacturing department and quality department work in accordance with standards.

Job Qualification:

He/she is required to have degree of junior college or above.
Be good at speaking, reading and writing in English.
Bet familiar with APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA
Be familiar with GD&T
More than five years’ working experience in automobile manufacture industry; more than three years’ working experience in inspection or site control in automobile manufacture industry; Be familiar with special requirements as specified by Ford and Nissan .

2. 积极参与过程流程图、失效模式分析、控制计划、产品作业指导书的编制会审，负责产品检验指导书
3. 积极参与项目小组活动（项目风险评估、项目每阶段回顾、质量问题追踪等）
4. 组织公司检验用工装、夹具、检具的设计、制作和验收
5. 向客户提交生产件批准PPAP文件 (含项目阶段、SOP后产品和或过程更改时), 获得客户的批准文件
6. 跟踪质量受影响的事项（客户、产品、实验室等），确保客户与质量部间的沟通。如遇问题，实施即时围堵政策，通知支持功能部门，建立纠正预防行动计划
7. 领导指派的其它工作任务
8. 对不合格品的判定、验证、评定并提出处置意见，有权停止继续生产不合格品。有权对产品检验和试验状态标识的设置和管理；
9. 负责对顾客反馈的产品质量问题落实安排分析改进纠正、落实责任；
10 . 负责监督检查生产部门和质检部门作业情况是否符合标准。

任职资格：

大专以上学历
英语听说读写流利,
熟悉APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA
熟悉GD&T
5年以上汽车制造行业工作经验；3年以上制造行业检验或现场管理工作经验
