To provide management and leadership in Clinical Operations - specific to Residential and Aged Care Services, in accordance with the Aged Services philosophy, objectives and policies.

· Demonstrate strong commitment to excellence and quality in Aged Care Residential Services or related areas, with proven relevant aged care experience.

· Demonstrate leadership qualities and previous experience in a senior management position.

· Demonstrate capacity in budget management and business planning.

· Demonstrate process and project management skills, including planning, priority setting, and task allocation, monitoring and reporting to senior management at the Board level.

· High level of interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills including ability to liaise and negotiate with business groups and Government bodies and to undertake community consultation processes.

Ability to develop and promote the services and effectiveness of the organisation to service users, other service providers and key stakeholder.
