Job Title: Material Planner/ 物料计划员
Dept:: PC&L物流计划部
Reports to: Planning Supervisor/计划主管


Summary of Job Function :
工作职责
1. Work out raw material purchasing requisition plan, ensure the supply of production line and control the inventory;
根据客户需求，制定原材料的采购计划，保证生产线的补给并控制库存；

2. Monitor the material inventory status and check the production line consumption accurately and prevent line down;
监控物料的库存状态并检查生产耗用的准确性以预防生产断料;

3. Monitor & rating supplier delivery performance, coordinate the relevant delivery issue positively;
监控供应商的准时交付率，并进行评分，积极主动协调相关发货问题;

4. Monitor the raw material inventory level, E&O inventory disposal and improve inventory turns;
监控原材料库存结构，解决呆滞物料问题, 并提高库存周转率。

5. Self-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirements.
提高自身能力，适应公司需求


Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能
1. According to customer demand, work out PSG raw material purchasing plan.
确认原材料是否满足客户订单，并制订PSG原材料采购计划。
2. Daily monitor the fulfillment of production & reporting.
每日监督供应商交货状况,并解决相关交货问题.
3. Based on customer demand adjustment and production line actual consumption, do in time PR adjustment and coordinate the relevant issues.
根据客户需求的调整及生产实际使用状况,及时调整采购需求并协调相关事宜.
4. Optimize the raw material inventory level and improve the inventory turns.
优化原材料库存结构,提高库存周转率。


Know-How Requirements
职位要求
1. College graduated or above.
大专及以上学历
2. Familiar with CMS/MRP/ERP and Microsoft office
熟悉CMS/MRP/ERP物料管理模块和Microsoft office
3. More than 2 year Material plan and inventory control experience
2年以上的物料计划和库存控制经验
