Responsibilities
Plan and schedule projects with well-defined milestones and tasks. Coordinate development, testing and releases.
Manage communication of progress/status within the product and technology team, identify risks and escalate issues when necessary. Acting as the contact person to communicate issues.
Follow and improve the engineering process to improve software quality and engineering productivity.
Monitor the delivered software features and triage incoming requests and feedbacks.
Minimum qualifications
CS degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years as a practicing engineer in a relevant technical domain.
2 years as project or engineering manager.
Preferred qualifications
Master's degree in a technical field.
6 years' relevant work experience, including 4 years' experience in managing large, complex projects.
Hands-on experience in programming with strong client and service components, and exposure to large-scale systems.
Demonstrable team leadership and communication skill.
Expert at the practical application of modern project management principles.
Track record of quickly earning credibility based on your knowledge, flexibility and amazing accomplishments, along with fantastic communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
