一 岗位职责：
1、负责项目的装修装饰工程清单编制工作，并与实际用料情况做出对比分析，保证工程量预算的准确性；
2、负责项目装修装饰相关的预算、结算以及中英文报价等；
3、编制、审核工程材料进场计划进度表。

二 要求：
1、熟悉预算及施工图；
2、了解上海装饰材料行情；
3、具备丰富的装饰、装潢公装工作经验（办公室、酒店、别墅）；
4、具备一定的英语水平，口语流利、读、写能力具备，能看各种英文图纸；
5、熟悉成本分析、工程报价、招投标流程以及起草各种施工合同；
6、具备较好工程结算经验；
7、具有较强的团队意识和团队精神；
8、有预算员资格或造价师资格证书者优先。

Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for the decoration project of its inventory preparation, and make a comparative analysis in the actual material used quantity to ensure the accuracy of engineering materials;
2、Responsible for the decoration project related budgets, billing and chinese and english quotation;
3、Preparation, examination of materials entering the program schedule;
4、Responsible for the decoration project and related materials and tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiations, etc.;
5、Review the project's target cost,visa,design changes and completion of the settlement.

Requirements:
1、Familiar with budgets and construction plans;
2、Learn more about shanghai decoration materials market;
3、Rich work experience of decoration, decoration of public installation(office, hotel, villa);
4、Good level of spoken English, can read and understand English drawings;
5、Familiar with cost analysis, project quotations, bidding process and the drafting of construction contracts;
6、Good experience with engineering settlement;
7、Has a strong sense of team spirit;
8、Has a certificate qualification is preferred.
