Responsibility:

1. Managing of the machine projects and supporting the production in material issues;
2. Creating and updating of production plan based on the information from Sales and Production Director;
3. Creating and updating of assembly plan;
- Creating and updating of the assembly plan according to the newest version of production plan
- Daily updating of production status, throughput time and delay
4. Creating projects and production order according to the assembly plan and reconfiguration;
5. Matching of customers and customer request to the projects according to the advice by sales / order processing;
6. Project start and material issue according to the assembly plan and the request of production line;
7. Updating of the production status in our ERP System;
8. Creating and updating of the Machine-Project documentation;
9. Adjusting of the estimated BOM in cases of design changing;
10. Daily production status feedback;
11. Monthly WIP report;
12. Other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement：

1. BS in engineering or economical engineering background;
2. 4 years working experience in a manufacturing environment;
3. Knowledge about the relation of sales forecast, production plan and assembly plan;
4. Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities;
5. Familiar with ERP-Systems especially SAP;
6. Detail knowledge about the function of MRP;
7. Must be knowledgeable in planning/forecasting system(MRP/ERP);
8. Basics in project planning;
9. MS-Office skills;
10. Basic management skills and leadership ability;
11. Good English, German speaking would be preferred.
