Responsiblities:

1. To be responsible for overall quality system at the R&D Center including but not limited to establishment and maintenance of the quality system and certification of TS16949 annually.

2. Responsible for the internal audit of process and procedures of each functional team to ensure the all the activities meet the quality standard.

3. Coordinate and support quality procedures related to manufacturing site as the representative for R&D center 4. Take part in management review.

5. Continuously improve the effectiveness, adequateness of the quality system.

Qualification:

1. Minimum 3 years quality system working experience in Automotive field, R&D environment experience is preferred；

2. Bachelor Degree with related or equivalent experience/knowledge.

3. Familiar with TS16949 system with system/process/quality orientated;

4. Sound written and verbal communication skills both English and Mandarin.

5. High proficiency computer skills.
