RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS 责任和方法
Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks with reference to established rules and policies.根据餐厅的规章制度来完成本职工作。

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES 技术职责
Cleans and polishes Glassware, Chinaware, hollowware and flatware. 清洁并擦亮所有器皿。
Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。
Replenishes supply of linen and other Operating equipment.添加所需的布件及设备。
Keeps general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working areas.保持餐厅工作场地的干净、完好、整洁。
Ensure toilet ground no water mark and oily be soiled, sink to clean and tidy.Guest use hand towels to clean, neat, no dirt, the size of the urinal to clean, Shall not have any dirt; Trash garbage can't more than half.Toilet is ventilated good, no damage of lamps and lanterns, lighting is normal; 卫生间地面干净无明显水痕和油渍,洗手池要干净整洁。客用擦手毛巾要干净、整洁、无污物,大小便池要干净,不得有任何污物;垃圾箱的垃圾不能过半,卫生间的通风保持良好,灯具无损坏,照明正常;
