职位描述：

负责航空发动机压气机机匣包容性分析、叶片外物损伤分析及相关部件结构优化工作；

负责航空发动机压气机机匣包容性、叶片外物损伤相关试验的策划、实施和分析工作；

负责落实航空发动机压气机机匣、叶片在设计中的相关适航条款；

负责解决压气机设计、审查、试验、测试、试制、生产过程中与机匣包容性及叶片外物损伤相关的技术问题；

参与压气机强度专业设计体系建设；

负责新员工试用期培养，提供相关技术指导。

职位要求：

5年以上相关工作经验，在瞬态动力学仿真分析领域具有一定的工程经验；

硕士及以上学历，博士学历优先，航空发动机、燃气涡轮发动机、航推相关专业，具备中级职称或相当专业等级；

善于总结技术经验，具有很好的撰写技术报告或论文的能力，并善于沟通表达，能熟练阅读本专业英文资料，能用英语撰写技术报告或技术论文，有一定的英语口语交流能力，能较好地理解英文技术讲座和报告；

熟练使用至少一种有限元分析及前后处理软件（如ANSYS、LS-DYNA、NASTRAN、HyperMesh等），熟练使用至少一种相关编程语言（如Fortran，C++等）；

在发动机强度设计某一领域（如发动机机匣包容性分析、叶片外物损伤分析及相关部件试验）具备一定的知识和设计经验者优先；

对民用飞机发动机适航条款在设计过程中的落实具备一定的知识和经验者优先；

能独立开展工作，并解决常规性业务问题；

具备项目管理或团队管理经验者优先；

有突出科研成果者优先。
