职位描述：
? 负责航空发动机零部件的无损检测工艺选择、工艺标准制定等总体方案设计工作；
? 负责航空发动机零部件设计、制造过程中无损检测工艺评审及会签；
? 负责航空发动机无损检测工艺供应商的技术审核和评估、质量管控，解决发动机零部件制造过程中无损检测工艺的相关问题；
? 负责工艺技术攻关项目中无损检测工艺相关文件制定和工作的技术审核；
? 负责指导无损检测工艺的专业培训和能力建设；
? 参与工艺研究项目中无损检测相关的风险评估、过程控制、技术成熟度等技术决策；
职位要求：
? 8年以上航空发动机、汽轮机、燃气轮机等旋转机械相关行业的无损检测技术（超声检测、射线检测等）工作经验；
? 本科及以上学历，硕士及以上学历优先，无损检测专业毕业优先；
? 具备较好的英语能力和良好的沟通和人际交往能力；
? 在无损检测技术领域具有较丰富的知识和经验，可独立开展工作，对无损检测工艺过程、设备及技术环节有深入的了解，能解决复杂的工艺无损检测技术问题；
? 具有无损检测技术超声检测、射线检测等专业的三级证书或国外相应证书；
? 具备技术、项目及团队管理经验者优先；
? 具备突出成果者优先。
