职位描述：

1、Develop and implement a regional account strategy capable of supporting both corporate revenue and profit goals in both the short term and the long term
建立一套销售机制，可以满足公司短期和长期的销售和盈利目标

2、Monitor and track the progress of regional accounts against goals and objectives, taking action as necessary to keep accounts on track. and referring critical issues to the top executive team
建立客户资料及档案，完成相关销售报表，及时跟踪及处理客户反馈，维护客户关系；

3、Be responsible for maintaining the existing customer relationship and developing new customres
负责软件产品和设计服务的客户关系维护、市场开拓等日常销售活动，能不断开发新客户；

4、Identifies the new requirement from customers and set up a sales plan .
收集客户相关信息和需求，制定相应的销售计划。

职位要求：
1、熟悉半导体市场，特别是集成电路EDA软件和设计服务领域
2、有过至少三年相关领域销售的经验
