职位描述:
1、协助总经理对各阶段工作分目标明确，制定公司各项工作计划，起草公司文件；
2、协助总经理对公司运作与各职能部门进行管理，协调公司各部门关系；
3、配合总经理处理外部公共关系，负责大客户业务跟进；
4、陪同总经理赴各地参加金融展会，并负责前期接洽沟通工作；
5、撰写和跟进落实公司会议，会议纪要等；

岗位要求：
1、形象气质佳，公关、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业专科以上学历优先；
2、有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及人际交往能力以及敏锐的洞察力，具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；
3、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正；
4、熟练使用办公软件，有良好的英语书面、口语交流能力。有本职位工作经验优先；
