REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, General Layout & Product Development

SUMMARY:

Primary responsibility is the arrangement of organization’s products and its auxiliary equipments. Prepares design calculations, PDMS modeling, computerized analyses and/or performs other engineering tasks using prescribed methods and procedures. Independently evaluates, selects and applies standard engineering techniques and methods to assignments with few unusual or complex features. Uses judgment to make minor adaptations and modifications. May serve as the lead engineer on a project and may review the work of less experienced engineers. Recognizes problems, discrepancies and areas of technical complexity and requests help when needed. Receives instructions on performance of assignment, objectives and complex features. A more experienced engineer provides assistance and reviews unusual aspects of work for sound judgment and proper application of methods.

Essential Job Functions:

l Prepare proposal deviations, engineering documentation and layout drawings if required by using standard methods and proven procedures.

l Prepare and issue contract design calculations, PDMS model, drawings, various clash reports and other engineering documentation following prescribed methods, procedures and software.

l Responsible for the technical quality of the work performed. Prepare and Review engineering documentation and PDMS model for compliance with contract requirements, results of analytical work and codes and standards.

l Continuously reviews and improves designs and engineering delivierables based on technology developments and operating experience.

l Works effectively and communicates with customers, other technical disciplines, and the organization’s project management team.

l Performs engineering activities to be on schedule.

Essential Job Functions under Certain Circumstances:

l Provides training and assistance to less experienced engineers.

l Review or check the work of junior engineer.

l May serve as the Lead Engineer or Model Lead Engineer.

l Suggests product design and work process improvements if necessary.

l Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

l Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;

l 5+ years of boiler engineering experience or equivalent;

l Extensive knowledge of the organization’s technology;

l Should be a staff expert with well-developed knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

Training Requirements:

FW engineering manual, FW design standard manual, FW loading calculation methodology, PDMS skill.

Skills Requirements:

l Ability to plan and organize one’s own work.

l Fluency in English and English writing and oral skill. Familiarity with engineering and technical terms in both English and Chinese.

l Strong and effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

l Ability to work with upper management and to provide support with multiple and conflicting priorities

l Familiar with PDMS, Autocad, Microsoft Office and other computer software

l Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills, shares expertise with others

Physical Requirements:

Occasional travel to other offices and jobsites will be required to support project execution and sales efforts.

至今，我们已经为世界各地提供了近2亿多千瓦的锅炉设备，销售并交付了331台煤粉炉、403台循环流化床（CFB）锅炉、410台余热锅炉（HRSG），1007台工业锅炉，50台太阳能聚热锅炉和1075台磨煤机。
