SUMMARY:

Prepares design calculations, computerized analyses, specifications, and/or performs other engineering tasks using prescribed methods and procedures. Independently evaluates, selects and applies standard engineering techniques and methods to assignments with few unusual or complex features. Uses judgment to make minor adaptations and modifications. May serve as the lead engineer on a project and may review the work of less experienced engineers. Recognizes problems, discrepancies and areas of technical complexity and requests help when needed. Receives instructions on performance of assignment, objectives and complex features. A more experienced engineer provides assistance and reviews unusual aspects of work for sound judgment and proper application of methods.

Essential Job Functions:

Prepares design calculations following prescribed methods, procedures and software.

Reviews drawings for compliance with design calculation requirements.

Prepares technical specifications for pressure parts.

Coordinates and interfaces with pressure part suppliers.

Prepares technical evaluations of supplier’s proposals.

Works effectively and communicates with customers, other technical disciplines, and the organization’s project management team.

Essential Job Functions under Certain Circumstances:

Provides training and assistance to less experienced engineers.

May serve as the lead engineer.

Suggests product design and work process improvements, when necessary.

Reviews work of less experienced engineers.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and possess well-developed knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Working knowledge of the organization’s technology in general and comprehensive knowledge of mechanical design methods and practices in particular. 5+ years of related engineering experience.

Skills Requirements:

Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate one’s work.

Fluency in English and excellent English writing. Familiarity to engineering and technical terms in both English and Chinese.

Strong and effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.

Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills, shares expertise with others.

Familiarity with industry standard CAD and analysis software packages.

Physical Requirements:

Occasional travel to other offices and jobsites will be required.

至今，我们已经为世界各地提供了近2亿多千瓦的锅炉设备，销售并交付了331台煤粉炉、403台循环流化床（CFB）锅炉、410台余热锅炉（HRSG），1007台工业锅炉，50台太阳能聚热锅炉和1075台磨煤机。
