教育背景：
医学或药学相关专业本科以上学历。
技能要求：
具备简单的英文资料阅读和书写能力
具有团队精神，同时也能够独立有效的完成工作。
熟练使用MSWord, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access。
分析能力及学习能力强，能较快接受新事物，适应工作环境的变化。
能够合理灵活的安排和进行复杂工作。
优秀的沟通、表达与协调能力，勤奋，敬业，具有良好的团队合作精神。


Clinical Trial Assistant

Job Description:
1. Assure the protection of the rights, safety and well being of human study subjects.
2. To ensure investigator and site compliance with the study protocol, overall clinical objectives, FDA regulations, ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
3. Identify, help in the study site initiate, and eventually close out clinical study sites.
4. To monitor the progress of clinical study sites participating in a clinical study, and to assure the protocol is followed and data is reported accurately.
5. To make certain that the scientific integrity of the data collected is protected and verified.
6. Assure that adverse events are correctly documented and reported.
7. Review all case report forms and compare them to source documents.
8. Submission of protocol, consent documents for ethics/IRB approval and assist in preparing regulatory submissions as requested.
9. Managing sponsor generated queries efficiently and responsible for study cost effectiveness.

Requirement and Qualification:
1. A bachelor (or above) degree in a life science field.
2. Relative working experience in clinical operations is preferred.
3. Good communication skill and proactive attitude.
4. Ability to take initiative and work independently.
5. Ability to speak and read the language(s) used locally in the country, plus a fluency in written and spoken English.
6. Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks, and prioritize work load with attention to details.
7. Computer literate with Microsoft Office
