POSITION OVERVIEW
To develop new business, maintain existing ones, and recover lost accounts in East China, so that sales budget can be achieved.

PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Maintain and grow sales and profitability in the territory of responsibility.
2. Identify and satisfied customers needs and provide value-added solutions so that new business can be gained or lost ones recovered.
3. Develop and maintain solid relationship with various decision makers of existing and potential customers.
4. Provide technical service, including trouble-shouting and application training, on-site to customers.
5. Support customers in trials, orders, and daily uses of HB Fuller products.
6. Provide accurate forecast of customer demand on different products to operations on time.
7. Collect all payments when they’re due; Help financial dept. to control credits to customers so that no bad debts occur.
8. Work with other machine/applicator/raw material suppliers to identify new opportunities and capture them.
9. Others as assigned


Minimum Requirements
1. College or above or familiar with adhesives market/technology;
2. Minimum 8 years experience in serving industrial customers.
3. Strong drive to excel, good communication,
4. Good computer skills;
5. Able to read or speak English.
