职位描述
The role of this position is two-fold: to supportImmigration Consultants in an administrative and logistical capacity and to learnthe fundamentals of China immigration.
Job Duties:
- Assist with the completion of employment relatedimmigration forms
- Make regular trips to immigration authorities, client private and/or corporate addresses to collect / submit documentation / applications
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company database
- Assist the Country Manager with the development of the internal database tools
- Complete personal expense report
- <!--[endif]-->Coordinate and manage couriers and track usage
- Manage internal Emigra Inter-Office-Assistance casework
- Office Administration
- Monthly Account Reporting
- Assist Managing Consultant/ Country Manager in project related work
Job Specification:
- Clearly spoken and immaculate written English
- University degree educated
- Ability to work under stress
- Enthusiasm for IT
- Able to manage own work load independently
- Strong admin skills
- Strong IT skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Enthusiasm to learn
- Immigration experience not necessarily required,however enthusiasm to learn is a must!
