岗位职责：
Job Responsibility: 
1、负责假山制作及主题抹灰工作的组织实施、分配工作及规则制定； 
Take charge of organization & implementation, distribution and rule-making of rockwork fabrication and theme plaster work;
2、协同项目经理制定工作进度，负责对本部门下属培训，协调下属工作上的异常,充分调动下属专业方面的最大创意能力及创意效率； 
Cooperate with project manager to establish schedule, be responsible for training dept. subordinate and coordinate their abnormal work to give full play to subordinate’s initiative and creative efficiency on professional aspects;
3、能独立完成概念设计方案，同时负责与业主进行沟通，精准地向客户阐述出设计理念，并让客户信服，维护企业形象。
Be able to independently accomplish concept design scheme, meanwhile, be in charge of communicating with the owner and accurately set forth design concept to clients to convince them and preserve corporate image.
4 建立设计部产品规划文档管理和业务开发过程中的各种流程制度； 
Establish various process systems for design products planning data control and business development;
5、考核部门员工的业绩、态度和潜力； 
Assess dept. staff’s performance, attitude and potential;

任职资格： 
Qualifications:
1、30岁至45岁之间，艺术、园林景观、建筑学等相关专业，本科及以上学历者优先，具有相关中高级职称证书。能力出众者可适当放宽要求
30 - 45 years old, majored in Arts, Landscape, Architecture and related field, bachelor degree or above, holding relevant Senior Certificates of Professional Title. Outstanding candidate can be prioritized
2、3-5年中高级园林景观工程师工作经验，有5年以上艺术/设计总监团队管理经验，具有较强的色彩、美术、 造型创造思维和丰富的工装设计经验，具有带领团队完成大型国际工程项目的能力。
With 2/3-5 years experience for intermediate & senior landscape architect and 5 years experience on art/design director team management, in addition, have stong color, art and molding creative thinking and rich tooling design experience, besides, capacity to lead the team to finish large international project.
3、具备优秀的专业文化和技术功底，拥有卓越的创意思想；能独立较好完成整套园林景观设计方案，并带领设计团队按公司规定完成整个设计流程，保证设计作品的品质。
Possess excellent professional knowledge and technical skills, have distinguished creative ideas; capable of well completing whole landscape design proposal independently, and leading design team to finish overall design process according to company requirement to ensure a high-quality design works.
4、具有较强的项目设计进度管控意识，并能科学的对各项设计业务进行动态控制管理； 
Have strong progress control consciousness for project design, can dynamically and scientifically control all design business;
5、较强的设计管理和沟通能力，熟练掌握设计的各种技能。
Strong design management and communication ability, have a good command of various design skills.
6、对项目文案和策略有较强理解力，作品富有创意，对色彩把握和整体构成有良好的运用能力； 
Have a stong understanding of project documents and correspondence as well as strategy, show creative works, good command of color choice and whole proportion;
7、具有统筹管理项目内、外部事宜的能力，执行力强，职业心态良好，敢于承担工作压力和责任。
Strong ability of co-ordination management for internal & external project, strong executive ability, good work mindset, have the courage to bear work pressure and responsibility.
8、较强的团队协作精神和工作主动性，善与甲方勾通，有亲和力和凝聚力，职业涵养良好。
Strong team spirit and work initiative, good communication skill with the owner, have affinity and cohesion, good professional quality.
9、读、写、听精通者优先录用。
Give preference to brilliant written & oral English master.
10、精通cad、3dmax、ps等软件
Proficient in softwares, e.g. cad, 3dmax, ps, etc.
