Overview:

The Valuation & Modeling team (known as "V&M") is a specialized sub-service line of KPMG Corporate Finance. V&M comprises of professionals who have sound skills and extensive experience in providing valuation and modeling services for transaction, financial reporting, tax and internal management purposes.
We are now looking for assistant managers / managers to join V&M.
Responsibilities:
· Lead team to execute valuation project including external valuation services for transaction/financial report purpose and internal audit review;
· Work with other KPMG teams to provide integrated transaction services;
· Take responsibilities for business development initiatives;
· Manage the team to provide high quality services and meet internal risk management requirement;
Experience and Knowledge:
· Minimum of [3] years relevant experience in business/asset valuation using DCF approach and internationally adopted intangible asset valuation methodologies;
· Strong capability of conducting/reviewing valuation/pricing analysis and financial modeling;
· Familiar with common issues/environments in HK/Mainland M&A transactions including regulatory requirement, typical issues for different industries, clients' needs;
· Comfortable with working with clients' advisors and other KPMG advisory teams, understanding clients' requirement and provide constructive solutions;
· Strong commercial awareness and business senses in producing and analyzing financial and business information;
· Experienced in financial reporting purpose valuation and familiar with US GAAP, IFRS, common issues in financial reporting valuations;
· Fluent Chinese/English language skills including business writing, speaking, reading and listening.
Education and Professional Certifications:
· Bachelor degree; finance/business related major preferred;
· Basic accounting knowledge required;
· Working toward CFA or CPA designation.
