Overview
Responsible for identifying, designing and developing learning technology and online training solutions for both Hong Kong and China offices by acting as an instrumental designer for all web-based training modules. The incumbent will also support implementation of a Learning Management System, and recommend and develop technology solutions to increase efficiency of training operations.

Task List:
1 Work with L&D managers to design and develop online training strategy & curriculum across all practice areas, including Virtual Classroom, e-learning programmes, videos, webcasts and other technology-based learning solutions
2 Identify opportunities to address learning needs by using technology solutions to address learning needs
3 Maintain and update virtual classroom/e-learning content according to changing business needs
4 Support the implementation and maintenance of a Learning Management System to meet the needs of learners and the L&D team
5 Advise other departments to explore opportunities of adopting technology-based solutions to facilitate learning
6 Coordinate and support virtual classroom programmes for China offices, and follow up technical problems encountered
7 Support and guide administrators in related projects, and work on ad hoc technology projects that arise from L&D or other departments.

Experience:
?A University degree holder, preferably in computer science, information systems, instructional design, business management, training or related discipline
?A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in developing Learning Technology solutions
?Certificate in instructional design on e-learning, training or web-based technology
?Hands-on skills in web programming and experience in HTML, JavaScript, ASP, Actionscript, database development and maintenance
?Proficient in using Adobe Flash, Premiere and Presenter, Captivate and Photoshop
?Sound knowledge in MS office applications
?Experience in one or more of the following considered an advantage: Virtual classrooms, Learning Management Systems SAP solutions, mobile learning
?Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
