Our Learning & Development team is responsible for implementing a number of talent development programs such as assessment and development centres, leadership program, coaching and mentoring, etc.


Responsibilities

Conduct research and advise the business on the latest trends in talent development tools to develop and retain our people
Develop various learning & development initiatives for our people across China, including senior level leadership programme, coaching, business skills training and assessment/development centres to enhance organisational capabilities
Execute the training strategy and monitor progress to ensure added values to the individual participants
Manage and liaise with external vendors and institutes to facilitate achievement of individual learning objectives


Experience

An advanced degree in human resources or learning related field
Eight to ten years of relevant experience in learning and development
Experience in designing and managing senior level management development
Excellent organization and project management skills
Strong analytical and data management ability
Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and to lead a team
Outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
