岗位职责：
1、接转电话（传真、邮件），及时把电话（传真、邮件）转送到相关人员；
2、接待来访人员；
3、公司日常行政与人事资料的编辑、影印、分类、归档、保存；
4、办公用品的采购、发放与管理；
5、公司会议室的安排与管理，日常会议记录；
6、负责公共区域的清洁与卫生；
7、公司日常文件与通知的草拟与发布；
8、领导交办的其他任务。　

任职资格：
1、22-28岁，女性，大专及以上学历；
2、有2-3年行政相关工作经验，应届生亦可；
3、熟练使用word,excel,ppt,CAD等常用软件；
4、英文良好（听说写），CET4以上；
5、热情、礼貌、擅长沟通交流，有责任心。
