职位描述：
1、协调并监督所领导团队的全部工作（帮助总监完成日常工作的汇总）
2、能带领客户人员、创意设计人员完成需多人配合的项目，并独立处理客户问题，对项目的客户满意度负责
3、独立完成项目建议书或营销策略方案，基本独立完成项目开发
4、提供符合客户特殊商业需求的完整营销方案和战略措施，帮助客户在不同阶段设计和实现项目目标
5、客户维护与客户关系管理
6、业务拓展和协助公司进行宣传

要求：
1、广告、市场营销、相关专业本科以上学历；
2、三年以上外企广告公司相关工作经验，服务Digital的优先考虑；
3、具备较强的沟通能力和客户开拓能力
4、具备一定的团队管理能力和经验
5、具有团队合作精神
6、良好的英语沟通能力，熟练操作office办公软件
