Job Purpose

To co-ordinate the sourcing activity between customer and supplier and to monitor the order follow up to achieve the corporate targets of On-time Delivery Performance, On-time sampling, Claim ratio, Lead-times and Turnover.

Job Description

1. Perform every step on order and sample follow up by communicating with buyers and suppliers independently.

2. Proactive Merchandising (supply early and proactive solutions to customers for problems)

3. Ensure sufficient preparation during and before the buyers meeting in the buying season.

4. Assist buyers independently on order placement for the most suitable supplier for the respective styles.

5. Active support of the buyers during the price negotiation to reach the buyers targets

6. Motivate, lead and develop the subordinates

7. Actively visit suppliers on a regular base
