Requirement:
1. 4-6 years experience.
2. Be highly creative but with a rational side.
3. To have a through understanding of typography, layout, visual communication, and have a good eye for detail.
4. To have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a team with a range of people.
5. To have excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software packages.
6. Be able to work under pressure, and be highly motivated and well organised.
7. Be able to see other people's point of view and cope with criticism.
8. Be able to present ideas to client and internally.
9. Conceptualize and design campaigns/layouts for a variety of clients.
10. Have a passion for digital and all things interactive.
