职位描述：
1）以甜美、热情的方式转接公司前台总机电话，职业又亲切的工作态度接待来访客户和外来人员；
2）完成文字处理、接发传真、复印、扫描等基础的文秘工作；
3）认真仔细为学员装订学习教材，并及时寄出；
4）通过网络方式，耐心的为客户解答翻译相关的咨询工作；
5）熟悉办公用品采购流程，并做好相关的物品领用及登记工作；
6）负责公司内部行政工作，包括办公自动化设备的操作等；
7）协助各相关部门做好上传下达的协调性的工作；
8）完成领导临时交代的其他工作。
职位要求
1）20-25岁，形象好，气质佳，声音甜美；
2）性格开朗、热情大方，有较好的沟通表达及服务意识；
3）工作耐心细致，办事严谨且有条不紊，；
4）有责任心，认真负责，能承受工作压力；
5）熟练操作Office办公软件；
6）喜欢英语，能够简单的日常英语沟通。
薪酬福利：
1. 优厚薪酬、按规定缴纳的社保福利、

上班时间:周一至周五，10AM-7PM，周末两天及法定节假日休息
