岗位职责：
1、负责机电设计审图、联系工作；
2、与设计院专业对口贯彻电商双电源要求；
3、根据物业管理机电方面的建议，改进机电设计工作；
4、为工程管理部提供技术支持；
5、参与供电局、消防、自来水、污水处理、弱电IT等谈判工作；
6、对技术部合同谈判、变更审核提供支持；
7、与土建专业互补，覆盖设计管理全过程。

任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历，电气、给排水或其他机电相关专业；
2、10年左右工程设计经验；
3、有现场管理和设计经验兼备者优先考虑；
4、熟练使用Auto CAD，可以自己改图；
5、持注册设备工程师者为佳；
6、英文CET6，读写无障碍。
