2． 定期回访学员，关心了解学员的进度；
3． 整理和管理学员资料；
4． 协助教师安排课程；

1． 大专以上学历；一年以上工作经验，有电话销售经验者佳；
2． 具有亲和力，开朗、主动，与人沟通时耐心细致，有后续服务意识和技巧；
3． 有教学工作经验或客户服务工作经验者，优先考虑。
