岗位职责：
1.协助主管进行市场调研和信息搜集，以及积极主动对潜在客户进行开发，发现客户需求，引导客户需求；
2.拟定项目的商业计划书等资料呈给潜在客户，并准备合同谈判和合同起草修改；
3.对于现有客户，客户经理需要经常与之保持联系；
4.完成上级领导交办的其他工作。　

任职资格：
1.25-40岁，大学本科及以上学历，电子商务或市场营销等相关专业；硕士优先；
2.3年以上销售或业务拓展工作经验；有租赁开发经验者优先；
3.熟悉房地产政策及工业RE市场者优先；
4.良好的语言表达能力、沟通谈判技能及文档撰写能力；
5.思路开阔，自我激励，有责任心；
6.流利的英语口语及书写能力；
7.良好的分析能力，office办公软件应用能力。
