2.实际生产管理（注塑）经验5年
The actual production management (injection) 5 years

3.熟悉注塑工艺，了解注塑模具
Familiar with injection molding process, understand the injection tool.

4.与公司其他部门协调完成生产计划
Co-ordinate with other departments to complete the production plan.

5.负责控制机器的使用率，达到公司要求
Responsible for controlling of the machine utilization rate to achieve the company target.

6.负责模具的维护
Responsible for toolings maintenance

7.主动执行产品、过程与质量系统较少不良品
Initiatively excute the system of the product, process and quality to reduce the rejected parts

8.经常检查系统与工作程序获得公司生产率与质量目标的达成

Regularly check the system and procedure to meet the productivity and quality target.

9.持续改进并鼓励下属提出建议用于降低成本和减少返工和报废。

Improve continuously and encourage the subordinates to raise proposal to cost down and reduce rework and write off.

10.确保工作场所的整洁有序

Ensure workplace neat and orderly
11.保持良好的员工关系
Maintain good employee relation.
