Inside Sales

Routine responsibilities

• Undertake and response to customer inquiries.
• Recommend product configuration and technical specifications.
• Provide quotation for sales and service business and the order follow up.
• Process orders of sales and service demands, and coordinate with production, logistics and customs colleagues.
• Analyses and report business performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  

Requirements

• Certain background in technology or engineering.
• Experience from one of the following areas: general commercial, customer service support, technical support, operation, etc.
• Process orientated with agility.
• Experience with ERP system operation and introduction.
• Seamless communication abilities in English and Chinese.
• Bachelor or association degree with three to five years working experience.
• Capabilities in approaching details and excellence, self-managed.

Remarks

• The role is side sales and commercial supporting nature. It is not the designation to conduct customer visit and travel.

• 接待处理与解答客户询问。

能力要求

• 有一定的工程技术背景。
  商务、客户服务、技术支持、运营等职能的从业经验。
• 熟悉流程导向的工作，同时具有灵活性。
• 有ERP系统的操作经验。
• 优秀的中英文沟通能力。
• 大学专科以上的学历，5年以上工作经验。
• 认真仔细，有责任感。

• 此职位为内部销售和运营支持角色，通常不需要到客户现场工作和出差。
