Tasks and Responsibilities：

1, Maintain and improve the existing ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 system, Keep in close contact with external HSE related parties;

2, Regularly checked with external parties to make sure the company HSE activity continuously comply with legal, laws and other requirements;

3, Frequently supply the basic HSE awareness training to employee.

4, Propose & implement EHS activities, Act daily safety inspection, lead the HSE committee and propose improvements;

5, Participate the external and internal HSE audit and follow up the NCR to closure;

6, Regularly collect, analysis and report the HSE KPI performance and track up the deviations

7, Be responsible for the workshop PPE management, Chemical usage control and monitoring its performance.

8, Participate in the release of any new / changed equipment, construction or decorations (if have).

9, Other tasks appointed from the management.

Skills and Requirement:

- Minimal 2 years of EHS working experience in foreign-invest manufacturing company

- College or over college degree major in Environmental or Safety Science;

- Working knowledge of QEHS management system; Practical experience in railway or automobile industry is preferable;

- Strong project management skills;
- Mature, objective judgment to develop solutions for specific problems;
- Good written and oral communication skills in English;
- Highly skilled in use of personal computer (MS-Office, Project, Outlook);
- Dynamic, self-starter with initiative (Ability to function with minimum direction);
- Willing to learn new skills and willing to teach others;
- Well organized; good time management skill
- With strong responsibility and positive working attitude, hardworking and problem solver;
- Demonstrable personal attributes to effectively communicate and influence all levels of employees.
