岗位职责 Responsibilities:

1. 负责检查客户对产品的特殊技术要求

Review client’s specific technical requirements on product

2. 为销售和客户服务部门提供技术符合性方面的支持

Provide technical support to sales and customer services team on conformity issue

3. 负责准备技术资料，根据客户要求和流程申请和安排相关测试

Prepare technical documentation, apply for and arrange related tests according to client’s procedure and request

4. 归纳和总结客户的特殊技术要求并传达相关部门，并使其与公司质量标准和要求相融合

Summarize the clients’ specific technical requirements to related teams, and to combine the requirements in company routine quality actions

5. 分析客户投诉

Analyze complaints from clients

任职要求 Qualifications:

1. 本科以上学历，机电类相关专业；

Bachelor or above, majored in electronic or electrical & machinery

2. 有电器类产品（如灯具、小家电、电动工具）安全认证/测试/检验或类似经验，对相关标准有一定了解；

With work experience on electronic / electrical product（Luminaries、Household Appliances、electric tools）, familiar with the product regulations / standards in particular on safety, EMC and performance

3. 英语良好：能阅读相关英文标准/技术文件，口语具备基本沟通能力；

Good command of English: be able to read the technical paper, fluent in English spoken

4. 逻辑性强，条理清楚，做事负责任，跟踪性强；

Logic and reasonable, patient and work carefully. Self-activated, willing to take responsibility. Good follow-up and traceability on work.

5. 善于与外界沟通，有较强的协调能力，有团队合作精神，愿意接受挑战/学习新知识，乐于动手实际操作

Good communication skills. Have the quality of coordination and cooperation, good teamwork spirit. Willing to learn new knowledge and hands-on
